Since its inception in 1997, Chef Jamie Mammano, along with Seth Greenberg & Paul Roiff, have been reshaping Boston’s culinary landscape. Their flagship venture, Mistral, introduced a fusion of French-Mediterranean flavors to the vibrant South End.
In 2006, Mammano and Roiff unveiled Sorellina, a haven for lovers of contemporary regional Italian-Mediterranean cuisine. Boasting an eclectic wine selection and chic ambiance accented by a captivating mural, Sorellina quickly became a culinary landmark.
Before Sorellina, Mammano joined forces with Roiff at The Federalist, nestled within XV Beacon Hotel. This collaboration laid the groundwork for their next venture: Mooo…., a sophisticated steakhouse, which opened its doors in August 2007.
